Cranberried Squash
Cranberried Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large acorn squash, 1 c. chopped apple (unpeeled), 1/2 c. fresh cranberries, 3 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and 3 tbsp. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Lightly oil large baking dish.
Cut each squash in half; remove seed.
Place squash in baking dish, cut side up.
Combine all remaining ingredients; spoon equally into the squash "cups".
Bake until filling bubbles and squash is soft, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
