Crabmeat Dressing
Crabmeat Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter, 2 c. white onions, chopped, 2 c. celery, chopped, 1 c. bell pepper, chopped and 2 lb. crabmeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in margarine until golden brown on low crabmeat, soup, green onions and parsley.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Season to taste with red pepper, garlic salt and seasoned salt.
Remove from heat.
Add bread crumbs.
Pour into buttered 3 quart oblong baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350Β°.
