Crabmeat Casserole
Crabmeat Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crabmeat, 3/4 c. meat, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 medium onion, chopped fine and 2 c. crushed ritz crackers (very fine), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients except reserving 1 cup of crackers.
Put reserved crackers on top of casserole with a dot of butter.
Cook for approximately 35 minutes at 350Β°.
