In saucepan, melt 1 stick butter; add beer.

Bring to boil.

Add flour.

Mix; add salt and 1 egg at a time.

Mix thoroughly until mixture comes away from pan.

Remove from heat. Drop by spoon onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 450° for 10 minutes and at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
