Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Remove stems from mushrooms and wash carefully.
Save stems for another dish.
Combine drained crab meat and grated sharp cheese.
Add mayonnaise and mix well with a fork.
Stuff this mixture into each mushroom cap.
Sprinkle each with crushed crackers.
Bake for 10 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and run under the broiler until they bubble. Serves 8.
