Crab Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
Crab Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed and flaked, 1 pt. large-sized cherry tomatoes, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Crabmeat on several layers of paper towels.
Cut off a thin slice from top and bottom of each cherry tomato. With a small melon ball cutter, remove pulp from tomatoes and drain upside towels.
A small bowl, mix crabmeat, mayonnaise, parsley, mustard and salt until well blended. Stuff tomatoes.
Least 30 minutes before serving.
