Crab Soufflé
Crab Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, trimmed, 2 c. crab or shrimp, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dice half of bread and put into baking dish.
Mix crab or shrimp, mayonnaise, onions, green pepper and celery.
Spread over bread.
Place remaining trimmed slices of bread over the top.
Mix eggs and milk and pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
Take out of oven and spoon soup over top and sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake 1 hour longer.
