Crab Newburg
Crab Newburg is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine or butter, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Place margarine in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave on High about 45 seconds or until melted.
Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper until smooth.
Stir in milk gradually.

Stir in crabmeat and wine.
Cover tightly and microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.
