Crab Mousse
Crab Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sea legs or crabmeat, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise (not miracle whip), 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat soup, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in water.
Add gelatin and blend with a whisk until bubbly.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into a greased bowl or mold.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Invert onto a plate and serve with crackers.
