Crab Mousse
Crab Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 6 1/2 oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked, 1 c. celery, finely chopped and 4 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat soup over low heat.
Remove.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to soup, stirring well.
Add remaining 5 ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into oiled 4 to 5-cup mold and chill until firm.
Unmold and serve with assorted crackers.
Serves a bunch!!
