Crab Meat Mold
Crab Meat Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped celery and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

A medium saucepan, combine soup, cheese and onions. Heat until cheese melted. Blend in mayonnaise.
Remove from heat.
Another pan, sprinkle gelatin over water over low heat; stir until gelatin dissolves.
Stir in soup mixture. Add crab meat and celery.
Pour into a 6 cup mold.
Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Unmold on serving plate.
Serve as spread with crackers.
