Crab Dip
Crab Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 oz. cream cheese, 1 lb. crab meat, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. mustard and 1 tbsp. sugar (powdered), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine all the ingredients but the sherry in the top of a double boiler and heat until creamy.
Add sherry to taste (1/2 cup is not too much, depending on whether it is to be served from a chafing dish or as a dip where the texture should be slightly thicker).
