Crab Casserole
Crab Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. frozen crab, boned, 1/4 green pepper, seeded and chopped, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 c. cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Butter a 1-quart baking dish.
Combine all ingredients, reserving about 1/2 cup crumbs.
Turn into prepared dish or spoon into baking shells (may be frozen at this point).
Sprinkle 1/2 cup buttered crumbs over top.
Spoon 4 to 5 tablespoons milk over top.
Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
