Crab Casserole
Crab Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crabmeat, 1 large onion, 4 stalks celery, 2 pods garlic and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Chop onion, celery and parsley finely.
Saute in oleo.
When thoroughly cooked, add 1 cup crabmeat, bread crumbs, 2 slightly beaten eggs, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
Add milk to moisten.
Bake in greased casserole in moderate oven 20 to 30 minutes.
Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter; return to oven only long enough to melt butter.
Serves 4 to 6.
