Crab Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. crabmeat, 2 eggs, well beaten, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste and dash of worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise and seasonings.
Mix lightly.
Add enough flour to make the crab mixture easy to handle and shape into patties.
Fry in vegetable oil, browning both sides (they will fry fairly quickly).
