Crab Cakes
Crab Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked crabmeat, 1/3 c. soft bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. parsley, minced and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Break up crabmeat; stir in bread crumbs and remaining ingredients except butter.
Divide crab into 8 portions and place in hot butter in skillet.
Flatten into patties and brown well on both sides.
Serve plain or with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
