Crab Cakes
Crab Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed, drained flakes, 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs, 2 eggs, beaten, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise and 2 tbsp. finely chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix crabmeat, 1/2 cup crumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley and salt.
Chill.
Shape mixture into 8 patties.
Coat each with remaining bread crumbs.
Fry in 1 1/2 inches of hot oil 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown, turning once.
Serve with tartar sauce.
