Crab Bisque
Crab Bisque is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped mushrooms, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 (7 1/4 oz.) can crab meat and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a 3-quart saucepan, saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter for 5 minutes.
Blend in flour and add stock, stirring until smooth while over medium heat 10 minutes.
Flake crab meat and remove cartilage.
Add crab meat and remaining ingredients and bring to a light boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
