Crab and Pasta Salad
Crab And Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 crabs or 1 lb. crab meat (fresh or canned), 1 lb. rosamarina pasta (orzo), 1 red onion, chopped fine, 1 doz. hard-boiled eggs, chopped and 3 or 4 stalks celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook pasta until done in salted water.
When done, rinse in cold water, drain and cool.
Make sure there are no shells in the crab and that it is well drained.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
This makes a lot, but is easy to cut in half.
