Cow Pies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag chocolate chips (12 oz.), 1 tbsp. shortening and 1 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt chocolate chips and shortening in double boiler.
Remove from heat.
Add pecans.
