Country Supper Casserole
Country Supper Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown meat and onion in oil.
Drain.
Place in a 3-quart casserole dish.
Put salt and pepper and one can of tomato sauce over meat.
Arrange beans and carrots over meat.
Spoon mashed potatoes around edge of casserole.
Pour one can of tomato sauce over mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are brown.
