Country Style Scalloped Corn
Country Style Scalloped Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, melted, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained, 1 c. sour cream and 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt butter and beat eggs.
Drain the whole kernel corn. Combine all ingredients together, adding the muffin mix last. Pour mixture into a greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serves 10. (May spoon batter into muffin pan cups
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted comes clean.
Immediately remove muffins from pan.
