Country Steak
Country Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1-1/2 lbs. round steak, 3/4 inch thick, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pound the steak and cut it into serving-size pieces.
In a skillet, brown the meat in the oil; drain.
Combine the soup and water and pour over the meat.
Cover and simmer 1-1/2 hours or until meat is cooked through.
