Country Meat Loaf
Country Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. salad oil, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 celery stalk, chopped, 3 slices white bread and 2 lb. lean ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, saute oil, onions and celery.
Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with slotted spoon.
In large bowl, tear bread slices.
Add onion and celery mixture.
Add ground beef, carrot, salt, pepper, egg and 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
Stir thoroughly to mix.
In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, shape ground beef mixture into 8 x 4-inch loaf; set aside.
