Country Hamburgers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. good quality ground beef, 9 to 10 well broken saltines, 1 large egg and 3 to 4 shakes pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Form 5 to 6 balls a little larger than a golf ball, then pat down to a patty size.
