Country Fair Casserole
Country Fair Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain well. Combine ground beef, onions and seasonings in a heavy skillet, stirring to crumble.
Saute until lightly browned.
Drain off pan drippings. Stir in cream of celery soup, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in macaroni and remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
