Country Club Squash Casserole
Country Club Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium yellow squash, cut up, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, salt and pepper and 1/4 tsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook squash and onion in salted water.
Drain and mash. Combine squash, sour cream, salt, pepper and basil.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Combine bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, butter and paprika.
Spread over squash mixture. Top with bacon.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes or microwave 10 minutes.
