Country Casserole
Country Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 or 2 onions, chopped, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 to 2 boxes cream cheese (i use the light) and 1 can drained corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown beef and onion and drain well.
Add cream cheese, mushroom soup and vegetables.
Heat thoroughly.
Salt and pepper to taste.
