Country Casserole
Country Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small stalk celery, 1/2 medium onion, 1/2 green pepper, 2 tbsp. margarine and 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Chop celery, onion and green pepper.
In a large saucepan, cook in margarine until all are tender.
Stir in flour, basil and pepper.
Add milk and cook until thickened and bubbly, then cook and stir 1 minute more.
Stir in meat and vegetables.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
Cut biscuits into fourths.
Place on mixture. Bake in a 400Β° oven for about 15 minutes or until brown.
