Brown beef in skillet over medium heat, tossing lightly with fork; drain off spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste and
Parmesan cheese. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Cook noodles; drain and rinse in cold water.
In a 7 x 11 x 2-inch baking dish spread 1/3 of the sauce, then 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 of the cottage cheese and 1/2 of the parsley. Repeat the last step. with the remainder of the sauce. Cut the Mozzarella cheese into strips and arrange them on the top.
