Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Heat cottage cheese until lukewarm.
Honey, salt, soda, eggs, yeast and nuts. Gradually flour.
Place in greased bowl; let rise until double.
Divide dough into 2 equal parts. Place in two greased loaf pans and let rise.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Can make into rolls.
