Cottage Cheese Bread

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add all other ingredients except flour. Add 1 cup flour. Mix well. Add remaining flour. Put in warm place and allow to rise 1 hour.
Stir down and place in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Let rise 40 minutes. Bake 40 minutes at 350Β°. While warm, brush with melted butter and salt.
