Roll pastry 1/4-inch thick.
Keep portion as round as possible (approximately 10-inch diameter).
Pile mixture in center of pastry round.
Wet edges and join them together on the top to form a frill; prick with a fork.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and cook for approximately 50 minutes.
Serve hot.
