Cornflake Chicken
Cornflake Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cornflakes, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 8 chicken drumsticks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put cornflakes into a plastic bag.
Close the bag tightly. Use a rolling pin to crush the cornflakes.
Pour into a pie pan. Put butter into skillet; melt on low heat.
Remove from heat. Stir in salt and pepper until well mixed.
Rinse drumsticks under cold water and pat dry.
Place chicken on waxed paper.
Brush chicken with melted butter.
Roll each piece in cornflakes until coated.
Put chicken in a baking dish.
Be sure pieces don't touch each other.
Pour leftover butter over the chicken.
Bake in 375Β° oven 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
