Corned Beef Oven Omelet
Corned Beef Oven Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 1 pkg. thinly sliced corned beef (approximately 3 oz.) and 1 c. shredded cheddar or mozzarella (approximately 4 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.
Tear corned beef into small pieces and add to egg mixture.
Stir in cheese and onions.
Pour into greased baking dish (11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inches or 8 x 8 x 2-inches).
Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes, or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
