Mix cornmeal, milk and 2 eggs and bake in oven.

Do not brown or cook it needs to be easy to crumble.

Let cool before mixing with grits (can be instant grits, mixed and cooled), cold biscuits (canned biscuits can be used), bread, onion and celery.

Mix with chicken broth.

Beat eggs; stir in well.

Bake in a 9 x 14-inch pan.

Will serve about 20 people.
