Cornbread Dressing
Cornbread Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (9-inch) pans baked cornbread, 6 slices bread, 2 c. chopped celery, 3 c. chopped onion and 1/2 lb. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onions and celery until yellow and limp.
Crumple cornbread into the onion mixture.
Tear bread into fine pieces and add to mixture.
Add broth until mixture is moist, but loosely packed (about 1 1/2 to 2 cups).
Add chopped hard-cooked eggs and slightly beaten eggs.
Season with salt and pepper.* Pour into buttered baking dish.
Cover with oil.
Bake 45 minutes at 325Β°.
