Cornbread Dressing
Cornbread Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. dry bread crumbs (i use white loaf bread, crumbled), 4 c. crumbled cornbread, 1/2 c. chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste and 1 tsp. sage or 2 tsp. poultry seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine bread crumbs, cornbread, onion and seasonings in a large bowl.
Mix well. Blend in broth, butter and milk.
Mixture will be very soft to allow for loss of moisture during baking. Add more broth if necessary.
Spoon dressing into a greased pan. Bake at 350Β° about 1 hour or until well browned.
