Cornbread
Cornbread is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. self-rising flour, 3/4 c. meal, 1 1/2 c. buttermilk and 3 to 4 tbsp. bacon drippings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Put flour and meal in mixing bowl.
Put drippings in an iron skillet and heat in oven while you mix the buttermilk with flour and meal.
Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of drippings in the flour mixture.
Mix well.
Bake until bottom is brown, then turn to broil to brown top.
