Cornbread
Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 c. buttermilk, 2 c. cornmeal, 3 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat eggs and milk together.
Sift the dry ingredients and add the egg-milk mixture.
Heat a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with the 4 tablespoons oil.
Coat the pan well with the oil.
Pour off remaining oil into the bread mixture and beat well.
Fill the oiled pan and bake at 400Β° for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Cut into squares.
