Corn Soup
Corn Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 2 (10 oz.) frozen corn, rinsed and drained, 4 c. milk, salt and pepper to taste and 1 (3 oz.) can green chilies, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter in large saucepan; puree 2 cups milk and corn in small amounts until all pureed.
Add corn mixture, salt and pepper to butter (don't overdo on salt; chips are salty).
Bring to a boil about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Mixture will not get real thick.
