Corn Soufflé
Corn Soufflé is an impressive dinner you can prepare in just 54 minutes. Made with c. onions, chopped, c. green peppers, chopped, . butter or margarine, . flour and . salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large skillet, saute onions and peppers in margarine. Add flour and cook until golden brown.
Remove from heat; blend in milk, salt and dry mustard.
Return to heat; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add corn (drained) and egg (slightly beaten). Stir to blend.
Place in a baking dish; sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
