Ingredients: 18 large ears of corn (roasting ears); 6 large bell peppers (if small, use 10), cut up or ground up; 6 large onions (if small, use about 10), cut up or ground up; 2 small cabbages, shredded; 1/2 gal. vinegar; 2 pt. sugar (white); 3 Tbsp. turmeric; 1/2 to 1 box (small) dry mustard; 1 Tbsp. salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Cut the corn off the cob and scrape the cob.

Mix all the ingredients except sugar and cook about 15 minutes in a pot, then add sugar and cook until tender.

Put into sterilized jars and seal.
