Corn Pudding
Corn Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. corn kernels (any variety), 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine, 1 pt. half and half cream and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.
Place casserole in a pan of hot water and bake for 1 hour, until firm and golden. (Can serve with baked ham or pork chops.)
