Corn Pudding
Corn Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten, 2 cans creamed corn, 1 c. bread crumbs, 1 can evaporated milk and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together the eggs, creamed corn, 1 cup bread crumbs, evaporated milk and salt.
Put in a 3-quart buttered casserole. Top with 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1/2 stick butter, sliced and placed on top of crumbs.
Bake at 350Β°, covered, for 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Good served with meat dishes (ham, turkey, etc.).
Serves 10.
