Corn Pie
Corn Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 8 ears fresh corn, cut off, 4 chicken thighs, 2 chicken breasts and 6 hard-cooked eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook chicken; cool and save broth.
Put half of cut corn into bottom of casserole or baking dish, then a layer of boned chicken, a layer of sliced egg, salt and pepper.
Repeat these layers, using all ingredients.
Pour chicken broth over all until casserole is half filled.
Cover with pastry or biscuit dough. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
