Beat the egg yolks and whites separately and add to the corn with flour, fat, salt and pepper.
Drop the batter from a spoon into hot fat (360Β°) and fry until light brown (2 to 3 minutes). Drain on paper bag.
Serve hot.
(Can be popped into the microwave to warm if you would like to make them ahead.)
