Corn Oysters
Corn Oysters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, separated, 2 c. corn or 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel, 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a small bowl, beat egg whites. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks.
Add corn, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion, green pepper and Tabasco sauce. Stir in flour and baking powder. Fold in egg whites. Heat salad oil in large skillet.
Drop corn mixture by tablespoon in oil. Brown each side until done.
Makes about 12.
