Corn Mushroom Soup
Corn Mushroom Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 slices bacon, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (14 oz.) can cream-style corn, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1 soup can milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut bacon in small pieces and saute until nearly crisp. Reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons of drippings and saute onion in these drippings.
Add all other ingredients and stir.
Heat until almost boiling. Serve with a garnish of parsley.
