Corn Curry
Corn Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 to 2 c. fresh or frozen corn, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper and 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter in skillet; add vegetables and curry powder. Cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are just tender (8 to 10 minutes).
Stir in sour cream and season to taste.
Heat, stirring constantly.
